Viewing the Benefit Assignment results

Shortcut/mask: HRUTBL

Use the Benefit Assignment Utility List (HRUTBL) window to view the benefit assignments established by the Benefit Assignment Utility (HRUTBU). This is a browse only list of the results from running the Benefit Assignment utility.

  1. Open the window by typing HRUTBL in the Search field and pressing Enter.

  2. Use the fields to use as selection criteria to locate a Benefit Assignment record.

  3. Review the following fields:

    • Entity ID: Indicates the entity ID of the employee.
    • BENEUTIL Option: Indicates the option run for the current benefits of the employee.
    • Employee ID: Indicates the employee ID.
    • Benefit Plan: Indicates the benefit plan that is inserted or modified.
    • Benefit Contribution CDH: Indicates the employee’s contribution to the benefit.
    • Benefit Deduction CDH: Indicates the employer’s deduction to the benefit.
    • Payroll Begin Date: Indicates the date on which the payroll deductions start for the employee.
    • Payroll End Date: Indicates the date on which the payroll deductions end for the employee.
    • Coverage Begin Date: The date coverage started for this employee.
    • Coverage End Date: The date coverage ended for this employee.
    • Offer of Coverage: The offer of coverage code for this employee.
    • Minimum Employee Cost: The minimum cost of coverage for this employee
    • Safe Harbor: The safe harbor code that applies to this employee.
    • Coverage Plan: Whether there is a coverage plan for this employee.
    • Error Code: Indicates whether an error code was processed during the transaction.
    • Transaction Status: Indicates the status of the transaction performed for the employee.
    • Current Date/Time: Indicates the time the transaction took place.

Result: You have reviewed the employee benefit assignments. If you need to make changes, you can modify these assignments on Benefit Assignment Utility (HRUTBU).
