Setting up Employee Online transactions

You use the EO Transaction Setup window to define the transaction process for an employee.
To define for employee, complete the following steps:

Open the window by typing HREOSUTD in the Search field and pressing Enter.

Select Add.

Complete the following fields:
- Transaction Class: Enter the transaction class.
- Primary target: Enter the primary target record type.
- Secondary Target: Enter the secondary target record type.
- Subsystem: Finance Enterprise module.
- Allowed Modes: Select the check box to establish the mode. The available options are:
- Add
- Update
- Close
- Switch
- Procedure to Call: Enter a procedure to call for adding, updating, closing, and switching procedures.
- Transaction Flag Titles: Enter a transaction flag title 1, title 2, title 3, and title 4 for add, update, close, and switch.
- Sub Key Title: Enter a subsystem key title.
- Sub Key Cluster: Enter a sub key cluster.
- Sub Key Attribute: Enter a sub key attribute.
- Echo Cluster: Enter an echo cluster.
- Echo Attribute: Enter an echo attribute.
- Notes: Enter descriptive notes.

Select Save Changes.
Result: You have set up the transaction process for an employee.
