Defining district restriction codes

Shortcut/mask: HRTBCRDR

Use the District Restriction Codes window define the codes and enter their short and long descriptions. District Restriction Codes are used within the Credential Module.

Complete the following steps to define a district restriction code:

1. Open the window by typing HRTBCRDR in the Search field and pressing Enter.
2. Select Add (+).
3. Complete the following fields:

• District Restriction: Type a district restriction code.
• Short Description: Type a short description. The description may appear on reports and/or windows.
• Long Description: Type a long description. The description may appear on reports and/or windows
• Notes: Type any associated notes.

4. Select Save Changes.

Result: You have defined a district restriction code for use in the Credential module.
