Defining credential authorization codes

Shortcut/mask: HRTBCRAU

Use the Authorization Codes window to define authorization codes, including short and long descriptions. The authorization codes you define on this window are used in the Credential module.

Complete the following steps to define an authorization code:

1. Open the window by typing HRTBCRAU in the Search field and pressing Enter.
2. Select Add (+).
3. Complete the following fields:
4. Authorization Code: Type the authorization code.
5. Short Description: Type a short description. The description may appear on reports and/or windows.
6. Long Description: Type a long description. The description may appear on reports and/or windows.
7. Notes: Type notes for this code.

4. Select Save Changes.

Result: You have defined a credential authorization code for use in the Credential module.
