Viewing the Additional Pay utility results
Shortcut/mask: HRUTLL
This window is a browse-only list of the results from running the Additional Pay utility. The Additional Pay utility (HRUTTU) updates and inserts pay related additional contribution information. On this window, you can view the old and new dates and amounts, as well as the option used to run the utility. A message of "Successful" indicates the employee master record was altered correctly.
Complete the following steps to view the Additional Pay utility results:
- Open the window by typing HRUTLL in the Search field and pressing Enter.
- The window opens in search mode so you can complete the selection criteria fields to locate additional pay results based upon the option code. You can select Apply Search with no selection criteria to return all options.
- Review the following fields:
- Option: Indicates the run option that was used.
- Entity: Indicates the entity for which the utility was run.
- Employee ID: Indicates the employee ID.
- CDH: Indicates the contributions, deductions, and hours code.
- Action: Indicates why the record was altered.
- Old Effective Dates: Indicates the old effective begin date.
- Old End Date: Indicates the old effective end date.
- Old Amount: Indicates the old dollar amount.
- New Effective Dates: Indicates the new effective begin date.
- New End Date: Indicates the new effective end date.
- New Amount: Indicates the new dollar amount.
- Message: Displays "Successful" if the record was altered correctly. Otherwise, an error message displays.
- Run By: Indicates the ID of the user to last run this utility.
- Run Date: Indicates the date this utility was last run.
Result: You have viewed the results generated by the Additional Pay utility.
